Nicolette graduated from Rosemont College in Rosemont Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Throughout her matriculation, she earned a rewarding career in the banking & financial services industry as a Vice President. In 2003, she became licensed by the NASD (National Association of Securities Dealers) with a series 6 & series 63, which enabled her to assist her client portfolio with investment advice.
Stemming from her undergraduate studies, she developed a strong interest in legal studies. Her legal & administrative prowess derived from working at firms that specialized in criminal law, family law, bankruptcy law, and project management. She earned a project management certification from Springhouse Education Services in the interim which only catapulted her into the fast-paced world of business and entrepreneurship.
By combining her wealth of knowledge gained in financial services, project management, her thirst for legal studies topped with her extensive portfolio management expertise, Change Consulting Solutions, LLC (CCS) was born in 2013. CCS is a boutique consulting firm specializing in Public Relations, Small Business Coaching and Organizational Consulting. After entering the world of consulting, Nicolette has been known to affectionately be called, "The Problem Solving Consultant!" Having true grit, honesty and an unwavering desire to get businesses off the ground or improving their bottom line, are the staples to her success. Clients appreciate honesty and dedication. In addition to being honest, she develops plans to combat the deficiencies that plague a business. Her personal consulting has the same approach: Honesty and dedication are the main ingredients in all that she does. Unlike other consulting firms who are flowery and beat around the bush, Nicolette prides herself, her company and the consultants she hires on its' no "No -Fluff Consulting" approach.

In 2014, CCS implemented a resume program at the Pottstown and Phoenixville YMCA’s. As a result of the number of people whose lives were changed through the program, it won the 2014 YMCA Volunteer of the Year Award for Social Responsibility. The program has contributed to the improved personal economy of over 300 families. This resume program provided opportunities to touch the lives of startup small business owners from Philadelphia to Florida by fielding questions, consulting, working on business plans, coaching, revamping LinkedIn profiles and more.
In 2020, as part of her continued education, Nicolette earned the University of South Florida's Modern Management Tools Certificate.
In 2021, Nicolette was appointed Chairwoman of Women United®. This worldwide organization is a 70,000 member strong network of women in leadership positions who have the energy, talent and passion to build a strong collective voice within our community for the betterment of all who call South Sarasota County home. She also serves as an Executive Board Member at the Manasota Black Chamber of Commerce. MBCC seeks to identify black businesses in the Manasota area and provide needed resources and representation for those who otherwise lacked such resources. Nicolette is also a Notary Public for the state of Florida.
Aside from volunteering in her community and her philanthropic efforts, Nicolette enjoys growing the company, while making a difference and empowering small businesses both virtually and in person. Nicolette enjoys traveling out of the country, admiring nature, Zumba, laughing heartily, decorating her home, spending time with family, friends and her beloved poodle, Tyler.
